Welcome to the Health and Physical Education Department!

The Health and Physical Education Department at E.D.H.S.  teaches the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle, by providing information, skills, and activities to improve overall lifestyle choices. Our vision is to instill in our students the importance of being physically active and fit by living a healthy lifestyle throughout their lives.



As a department our goals are the following:
•  Help our students to have a positive experience in the aspects of wellness.
•  Help our students set up plans to achieve physical fitness and other wellness activities such as good nutrition, healthy habits, etc.
•  Give our students experiences to know how to choose a balance of wellness components to improve their overall lifestyle choices.
